1 Introduction and Platform Description

8 Withdrawal Rules

9 Payment Identity Verification

10 Welcome Bonus Terms

bagan8's welcome bonus gives you 200% on your first deposit (up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks), with the following wagering requirement—

• Wagering Requirement: 10x the bonus amount
• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 × 10 = 400,000 Ks
• Example — if you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks and your balance becomes 420,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must complete the wagering requirement first
• If a chargeback is made after a bonus has been received, both the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited

11 VIP Cashback Program

bagan8's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — which you can progress through one level at a time—

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly Cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly Cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is awarded based on your regular play activity and good conduct on the platform. Cashback funds are also subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal.

12 Bonus Abuse Policy

bagan8 does not allow the use of any exploits, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses again, or attempting to bypass Wagering Requirements. If such behaviour is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

13 Fair Play

The following actions are strictly prohibited—

14 Technical Game Issues

If a network disconnection, server error, or software malfunction occurs during gameplay, bagan8 will handle it as follows—

15 Additional Rules for Football, Casino, and Slots

If a void bet, match cancellation, or other circumstances arise where a football bet cannot be settled, that bet will be voided and the stake refunded. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Slots results depend on RNG, and no betting strategy can influence the outcome.
